I lead product and engineering, and I still build. Six years shipping software for companies in Europe and the Gulf: writing backends myself, then becoming the only manager in a 50-person software house running nine client projects at once, and now running product and engineering for a European health tech company. At Sifartek we build AI systems that learn a business’s whole process and use AI only where it actually helps.

How I work
Deadline, scope, people: two stay fixed. I pick what moves and tell the client first.
I read the code, so I can tell a 3-day estimate from 4 hours of work.
Kanban by default. Sprints only when there is something real to sprint toward.
One product every client configures, not a custom build for each.
Taking a developer from 20% to 50% is capacity I cannot produce alone.
AI where judgement helps, plain code where the answer has to be right.
If it is not written down, it depends on me being in the room.
